Refund & Cancellation Policy

We want you to be confident when you hire Redo Game Studio. This policy explains when and how you can cancel a project and request a refund. It forms part of our Terms of Service.
1. Before work begins — full refund
If you cancel within 3 business days of your purchase and before we have started work on your project, you are entitled to a full refund of the amount paid. Simply email us at redogamestudio@gmail.com with your order details.
2. After work has begun — partial refund
Because our Services are custom, made-to-order work, once development has started the deposit/payment covers work already performed. If you cancel after kickoff, we will refund any portion of your payment that corresponds to work not yet performed, less any non-recoverable third-party costs (for example, purchased assets or licenses).
- We provide a written summary of completed work and hours.
- Any completed, paid-for deliverables are handed over to you upon settlement.
3. Non-refundable items
- Fully delivered and accepted projects or milestones are non-refundable.
- Third-party costs already incurred on your behalf (assets, licenses, store fees) are non-refundable.
- Custom engagements may set their own milestone terms in writing.
4. How to request a refund
Email redogamestudio@gmail.com with your order confirmation and the reason for your request. We aim to respond within 2 business days. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method via Stripe, typically within 5–10 business days depending on your bank.
5. Disputes
If something isn’t right, please contact us first — we’re committed to making it right. We will work with you in good faith to resolve any concern before any dispute is escalated.
