These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the website and the game-development services (the “Services”) provided by Redo Game Studio (“Redo Game Studio”, “we”, “us”, or “our”). By accessing our website or purchasing a package, you agree to these Terms.

1. Our Services

Redo Game Studio provides professional game-development services, including design, programming, art, audio, multiplayer engineering, porting, and publishing support. Services are sold as fixed-scope packages or as custom engagements agreed in writing. Each package page describes the specific deliverables, typical turnaround, and price.

2. Orders and Payment

• Prices are listed in Thai Baht (THB) and are exclusive of any taxes unless stated otherwise.
• Payments are processed securely by Stripe. We do not store or have access to your full card details.
• Purchasing a package constitutes an order for the described scope of work. We will contact you within one business day to confirm details and schedule kickoff.
• Work outside the agreed scope (“change requests”) may require an additional quote and payment.

3. Project Delivery

We deliver work in sprints with regular playable builds. Timelines listed are typical estimates and depend on project scope and the speed of your feedback and approvals. Final delivery includes the deliverables listed for your package.

4. Client Responsibilities

• Provide timely feedback, approvals, and any assets or information reasonably required to complete the work.
• Ensure you have the rights to any materials, brands, or intellectual property you supply to us.

5. Intellectual Property

Upon final delivery and receipt of full payment, ownership of the custom-created deliverables (including source project files) transfers to you, except for any third-party assets, middleware, or pre-existing tools/libraries, which remain under their respective licenses. We may display non-confidential work in our portfolio unless you request otherwise in writing.

6. Refunds and Cancellations

Refunds and cancellations are governed by our Refund Policy, which forms part of these Terms.

7. Warranty and Support

We provide a support window as described in your package to address defects in the delivered work. This warranty does not cover changes to third-party platforms, new feature requests, or issues caused by modifications made by you or third parties.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability arising out of or related to the Services is limited to the amount you paid for the relevant package. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including lost profits or revenue.

9. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use our Services to develop content that is unlawful, infringing, or that we reasonably determine to be harmful or prohibited. We may decline or terminate any engagement that violates this section.

10. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The “Last updated” date reflects the latest revision. Continued use of our Services after changes constitutes acceptance.
